Igbo People Hold Street Protest in Japan - Demands Release of IPOB Leader Nnamdi Kanu & Biafra Freedom! [PHOTOS]

If you recall, IPOB (Indigenous People of Biafra), a group strongly agitating for the freedom of Biafra from Nigeria, issued a sit-at-home order today, which was widely obeyed by Igbo people living in the Southeastern part of Nigeria...but then, Igbo people living in Japan chose otherwise as they seized the opportunity today to embark on a street protest at the capital city of Japan, Tokyo, demanding the release of IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu held under custody by Muhammadu Buhari led Federal Government of Nigeria.

They also demanded that world leaders intervene to help grant Biafra freedom to become her own independent nation from Nigeria, a freedom battle Igbo people have been waging since 1967 to date. See more photos below after the page cut:
